Three‑Phase Pathway (100/100/100 hours)

Hair Weaving - 300 Hours - Hybrid - Monthly Enrollment

Length: Full Time: 2.5 Months  Part Time:  4 months

From foundations to mastery—graduate extension-certified, client-ready, and confident.
  • 300 Hours • Hybrid (Day or Evening)

  • Inclusive training for all hair types and textures

  • Foundational to advanced braids and extensions

  • Infection control, anatomy, chemistry, aromatherapy​

  • Student Salon: live client work every phase (expanded in Phase 3)

  • Resume, interview, portfolio, and business startup support

  • Milady CIMA digital learning

  • Mock practical + comprehensive final exam

Phase 1 — Foundations and Confidence (0–100 hrs)

  • Infection control, safety, anatomy, chemistry, aromatherapy

  • Hair/scalp health, consultations, sectioning, tension control

  • Core skills: cornrows, box braids, two-strand twists, coils Milestone: Theory/safety checkoffs; foundational braid proficiency

Phase 2 — Advanced Skills and Salon Readiness (101–200 hrs)

  • Install + safe removal across methods

  • Advanced techniques: sew-in, stitch braids, feed-in cornrows, T-tip, K-tip, tape-ins

  • Student Salon: live, hands-on client work; comprehensive consultations to deliver looks clients love Milestone: Timed drills; service quotas; consultation/satisfaction checkoffs

Phase 3 — Mastery, Business, and Career Launch (201–300 hrs)

  • Heavier client focus in the Student Salon to build speed and confidence

  • Refinement labs; aftercare and maintenance planning

  • Career readiness: resume, interview, soft skills; business setup (pricing, website, marketing, policies)

  • Exams: comprehensive written + full mock practical; Final Project presentation Milestone: Pass mock exams; portfolio complete; career/business launch plan finalized

Day 

Day (Full‑Time): Tue–Sat, 9:00 am–3:30 pm

  • Distance Learning (theory only): Tuesday + alternating Fri/Sat

  • In‑Person: Wednesday, Thursday, and the opposite Fri/Sat

  • Field Trips/Guest Educators: Wednesdays (as scheduled)

Evening

Evening (Part‑Time): Tue–Thu, 5:00–9:30 pm; Sat, 9:00 am–3:30 pm

  • Distance Learning (theory only): Tuesday + alternating Saturdays

  • In‑Person: Wednesday, Thursday, and the opposite Saturdays Note: No theory on in‑person days.

State board/readiness and assessments

  • Ongoing sanitation and safety checkoffs each phase

  • Timed drills for installation/removal and client flow

  • Phase 3: full mock practical with scoring and corrective labs

  • Comprehensive written exam; practical packout and checklists provided
