Return Policy (In-Person Retail Purchases)

For health and sanitation reasons, all haircare product sales are final once opened or used.  Bundle pricing applies when both items are purchased together. If a return is approved, store credit will be issued based on the bundle price paid.

Store Credit (Unopened Only):

• Returns are accepted for store credit only within 7 days of purchase.

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition/packaging.

• Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

No Returns/No Store Credit For:

• Opened, used, or tampered-with products

• Sale/discounted items (final sale)

Damaged/Defective Product:

• If a product is defective, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase with your receipt.

• We will offer store credit or an even exchange (based on availability).

Product Care & Storage Instructions (Matrix Food For Soft Hydrating Conditioner)

• Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
• Keep the cap tightly closed to prevent leaks and keep the formula fresh.
• Avoid getting water inside the bottle to help prevent contamination (especially in the shower).
• Wipe the opening/cap area before closing if product builds up.
• For best results, use within 12 months after opening (or follow the “open jar” symbol on the packaging).

How to Use: After shampooing, apply to mid-lengths and ends, detangle with fingers or a wide-tooth comb, leave on 2–3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. For deeper hydration, follow with the Food For Soft mask 1–2x per week.
