Return Policy (In-Person Retail Purchases)

For health and sanitation reasons, all haircare product sales are final once opened or used.  Bundle pricing applies when both items are purchased together. If a return is approved, store credit will be issued based on the bundle price paid.

Store Credit (Unopened Only):

• Returns are accepted for store credit only within 7 days of purchase.

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition/packaging.

• Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

No Returns/No Store Credit For:

• Opened, used, or tampered-with products

• Sale/discounted items (final sale)

Damaged/Defective Product:

• If a product is defective, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase with your receipt.

• We will offer store credit or an even exchange (based on availability).

Product Care & Storage Instructions (Matrix Food For Soft Shampoo)

• Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Keep the cap tightly closed to prevent leaks and keep the formula fresh.
• Avoid getting water inside the bottle to help prevent contamination (don’t leave it open in the shower).
• Wipe the opening/cap area if product builds up, then close securely.
• For best results, use within 12 months after opening (or follow the “open jar” symbol on the packaging).

How to Use: Apply to wet hair, massage into scalp and through lengths until it lathers, then rinse thoroughly. Repeat if needed. For best results, follow with Matrix Food For Soft Hydrating Conditioner for daily moisture, or use the Food For Soft Mask 1–2x per week for deeper hydration and softness.
