For health and sanitation reasons, all haircare product sales are final once opened or used. Bundle pricing applies when both items are purchased together. If a return is approved, store credit will be issued based on the bundle price paid.

Product Care & Storage Instructions (The Doux Cream)
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Keep the lid tightly closed to prevent the cream from drying out and to maintain freshness.
- Avoid getting water inside the jar/bottle to help prevent contamination (use clean hands or a clean scoop/spatula).
- Wipe the rim/threads before closing to keep the seal clean and prevent buildup.
- For best results, use within 12 months after opening (or follow the “open jar” symbol on the packaging).
How to Use: Apply a small amount to clean, damp hair in sections. Smooth through from roots to ends (or mid-lengths to ends) and detangle as needed. Style as desired (twist-out, braid-out, wash-and-go) and allow hair to fully dry. Add more only as needed to avoid weighing hair down.
