Service Description
Relaxer Services: All relaxer services use measured product (in ounces). Pricing (Includes Shampoo + Condition + Style) Perimeter/Edges Relaxer includes up to 1 oz: $55 total Includes shampoo, conditioner, style, and perimeter/edges relaxer application. Relaxer Retouch (New Growth Only includes up to 2oz): $65 Includes shampoo, conditioner, style, and relaxer retouch on new growth only. First-Time / Virgin Relaxer (Full Application includes up to 4oz): $85 Includes shampoo, conditioner, style, and full relaxer application. Product Included (Perminders) - Perimeter/Edges: includes up to 1 oz of relaxer product - Retouch: includes up to 2 oz of relaxer product - Virgin: includes up to 4 oz of relaxer product Additional Product Fee: +$10 per additional 1 oz of relaxer product Service Notes: - Perimeter/Edges includes the hairline, sides/temple area, and nape only (not a full-head relaxer). - Retouch = new growth only. Virgin/First-Time = full relaxer application. - Hair must be taken down (if currently styled) and fully detangled before your appointment. - Take-down services are available for an additional fee. Please schedule take-down in advance. - Arriving with hair that is not taken down/detangled can take away from service time and may require us to adjust or change the service due to time being spent on detangling instead of styling. - Hair density/length and amount of new growth can affect product usage. - If additional product is required beyond the included amount, an additional product fee will apply.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for The Beauty Pro University We appreciate your support and cooperation in enhancing our students' education. Please review our policies for a seamless experience. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Notify us 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule by calling (682) 323-4124 or emailing info@beautyprouniversity.org. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Appointment Guidelines: Arrive on time for your reserved appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals; beyond that, your appointment will be canceled, and the deposit lost. A new deposit is required to reschedule. Pre-Appointment Instructions: Hair Services: A $25 fee applies for excessively tangled hair, plus $25/hour for detangling. Schedule all services in advance; same-day add-ons may not be accommodated. Makeup Services: Arrive with a clean, moisturized face. Deposit Policy: Service Deposits: Required for most services and non-refundable for cancellations under 48 hours or no-shows. Course Deposits: Non-refundable, securing your class spot. Balance due on service day. Payment Methods: Online, phone, Apple Pay, Tap Payments, credit/debit, or cash. Health and Safety: Reschedule if unwell. Services may be declined if illness is apparent. Model Services Disclaimer: Services are student-performed under supervision. Results may vary from professional standards. Confirmation of Appointment: You'll receive a confirmation call, text, or email. Please confirm your attendance promptly. Refund Policy for Services: No refunds, as services contribute to student training. Inform your student and instructor of any needed adjustments before leaving. Why These Policies?
