Service Description
What’s included with your install + Add-Ons Below: Includes shampoo, condition, blow-dry, and braid-down of your natural hair. Your unit is then installed and styled. Unit wash/condition/dry is NOT included with the install. You can add it as an additional service. Install Methods (choose one): 1. Glueless Wig Install + Style: $65 2. Wig Sew Down + Style: $80 3. Wig Glue Down + Style: $85 Add-Ons (Unit Services + Customizations): Unit Wash (Basic) Basic Unit Wash + Dry: $25Includes shampoo + basic condition, rinse, and blow-dry. Limits: No deep conditioning. Detangling is limited to 5 minutes. Hairline Customization Light Pluck + Part Definition: $10 (minor refinement) Standard Hairline Customization: $20 (more detailed customization) Knots Bleached + Toned Knots (includes Unit Wash + Dry): $45Pricing assumes lace is in good condition. Color Services (Unit Only) - Important: These services apply to the unit only. Styling is included in the install price. Single Process Color (Unit Only) Starts at $60 (includes first 1.5 oz of color) Includes application, processing, rinse, and dry. Double Process (Virgin Unit Only) Starts at $120 (includes first 3.0 oz total product: lightener + toner) Includes application, processing, rinse, and dry. Qualification: Virgin unit only. Predictable lift only. No color correction. Highlights (includes toning): Partial Highlights + Tone (Unit Only): $95 (up to ~20 foils) Full Highlights + Tone (Unit Only): $145 (up to ~40 foils) Additional Product / Foils: Additional 1.5 oz bowl (color, lightener, or toner): +$14 Additional foils beyond package: +$5 per foil Extension Unit Color Policy (Read Before Booking): No color corrections: We do not offer color correction services on hair extension units at this time. This includes fixing banding, patchy lift, uneven color, box dye, prior bleach, or unknown color history. Blonde results are not guaranteed: Hair extension units are often pre-processed by the manufacturer. Because of this, the number of levels we can lift (how light we can safely go) can be limited and unpredictable. Strand test may be required for blonde services: For any blonde/highlight/double-process service, a strand test may be required to confirm whether your desired blonde can be achieved while maintaining the integrity of the hair. Strand Test: Strand Test: $15This fee will be credited toward your service if you proceed with the recommended color service.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for The Beauty Pro University We appreciate your support and cooperation in enhancing our students' education. Please review our policies for a seamless experience. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Notify us 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule by calling (682) 323-4124 or emailing info@beautyprouniversity.org. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Appointment Guidelines: Arrive on time for your reserved appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals; beyond that, your appointment will be canceled, and the deposit lost. A new deposit is required to reschedule. Pre-Appointment Instructions: Hair Services: A $25 fee applies for excessively tangled hair, plus $25/hour for detangling. Schedule all services in advance; same-day add-ons may not be accommodated. Makeup Services: Arrive with a clean, moisturized face. Deposit Policy: Service Deposits: Required for most services and non-refundable for cancellations under 48 hours or no-shows. Course Deposits: Non-refundable, securing your class spot. Balance due on service day. Payment Methods: Online, phone, Apple Pay, Tap Payments, credit/debit, or cash. Health and Safety: Reschedule if unwell. Services may be declined if illness is apparent. Model Services Disclaimer: Services are student-performed under supervision. Results may vary from professional standards. Confirmation of Appointment: You'll receive a confirmation call, text, or email. Please confirm your attendance promptly.
